Time for another checkmark

We’ve had a working kitchen since last winter, but we never put on the cabinet doors. And most of the drawer fronts didn’t match either. Finally, in a blitz like attack, two coats of primer, and two coats of paint finally made on to 17 doors, and 13 drawers.
It’s strange. Already I find myself going in there and opening door after door, trying to find something as simple as a snack. I know what’s there, but I was able to see it all for the past year. Having open shelves, also made us keep clean cabinets. Let’s see how long this lasts.
This is an early start to our cooped up winter boredom. I think it was late January or possibly February before we started going nuts on house projects. W
e have moulding to do, everywhere. There are a few little other projects left, like a tile entryway, refinishing some floors, maybe moving around the washer and dryer in the basement.
The cabinets look great. Good work!
